At Birch Tap, every order is carefully prepared and packed by hand in Alberta, Canada. We do our best to ensure your products arrive safely and as quickly as possible.

 🌿 Order Changes & Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, we begin processing it quickly to ensure timely delivery. While we will always do our best to accommodate requests, we cannot guarantee order changes, additions, or cancellations after checkout.

If you notice an error with your order or shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible.

We currently ship worldwide.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees determined by your country’s customs authority. 

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates.

Birch Skin is not responsible for customs fees, duties, taxes, or delays caused by customs processing.

Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.

Orders placed during evenings, weekends, or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

As a small handcrafted business, occasional delays may occur during high-volume periods, but we always strive to ship your order as quickly as possible.

Canada & USA — Standard Shipping

Estimated delivery: 3–9 business days

Canada — Express Shipping

Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days after fulfillment

International Shipping

Estimated delivery: 7–12 business days

Please note that international deliveries may experience additional customs delays that are beyond our control.

Flat rate shipping: $7.00 CAD

Canada Express Shipping

Flat rate express shipping: $20.00 CAD

International Orders

Flat rate shipping: $20.00 CAD

International shipping rates do not include duties or taxes charged by your country upon delivery.

 🌿 Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow up to 48 business hours for tracking updates to appear after receiving your shipping confirmation email.

If your tracking information has not updated after 48 hours, please contact us and we will gladly assist you.

 🌿 Damaged Orders

If your package arrives damaged and the product has been affected, please contact us immediately with photos of:

  • The outer packaging
  • The shipping label
  • The damaged product

We will review the issue and work with you to find a solution as quickly as possible.

 🌿 Delayed Orders

If your order has been delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please reach out to us with your order number and we’ll be happy to help investigate.

Please note that international orders may occasionally require additional delivery time due to customs processing and situations out of our control.

 🌿 Incorrect Shipping Address

Please carefully review your shipping address before placing your order.

If an incorrect address was entered, contact us immediately. While we cannot guarantee changes after an order has been placed, we will do our best if the package has not yet shipped.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will gladly resend it once the correct address has been confirmed.

  • Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unused, and with all original tags/packaging intact.
